Our products are cooked using Sous-Vide, a unique method embraced by top chefs around the world. Each meal component is hermetically sealed, slow cooked, and pasteurized in its natural juices at precise temperatures.
The results are deep intense flavors and succulent, tender textures.
Our Sealed cooking process creates products with 10-15% more moisture content than conventionally cooked foods. In addition, there is limited to no oxidation of the ingredients and a total retention of minerals that would be drained and lost during traditional cooking.
